How It Works

One system that helps students know what to do, teaches them how to do it, and gradually helps parents step back.

The planner runs on four rhythms. None of them require re-learning the system every week -- once it’s set up, it repeats.

01

Set It Up Once

At the start of the year, fill in class list, logins, and important contacts. This page almost never changes again.

02

Every Monday

A five-minute look-ahead: what's due this week, what live lessons are scheduled, and what needs a plan before Friday.

03

Every Day

The daily checklist and missing-work tracker keep today's work visible -- and confirm it actually got submitted.

04

Every Sunday

A short parent-and-student reset: what went well, what's still missing, and one thing to watch for next week.

The Skills Layer

When a step gets technical, help is close by.

Where the planner asks a student to do something technical -- upload a file, email a teacher, take a screenshot -- it points them to a short tutorial in the Learning Library instead of assuming they already know how.

Virtual School Tip

Selected pages include a QR code or short link to the matching tutorial, so when a step gets technical, help is a scan away -- no searching required.
