Fix common tech problems
Most tech hiccups have the same few first fixes. Try these before you panic — they solve the majority of frozen, stuck, or won’t-load moments.
Read It
Step by step.
If a page is frozen, wait a few seconds — sometimes it’s just loading.
Refresh the page (reload it). This clears many small glitches.
If refresh doesn’t help, close the tab or app and open it again.
Still stuck? Check your internet connection, or restart the device.
If it still won’t work, take a screenshot of any error and ask an adult or teacher for help — that picture makes it much easier to solve.
